You'll dedicate about 1 hour per week to our one-on-one coaching session. Additionally, the daily breathwork sessions are only 10 minutes, and you can choose a time that works best for your schedule (morning or evening). The Sunday meditation and Monday yoga are optional, but highly encouraged to enhance your experience. You'll also get the most out of the program by engaging with the online community a couple of times per week – even just 15-20 minutes at a time can make a difference.
